More and more people consider challenging someone's will when they pass away. We are experienced at advising clients and acting for them in this situation. We have advised beneficiaries, or potential beneficiaries and act for them in bringing claims on a person's estate, and we advise executors and/or trustees on their position and defend claims brought against an estate.

This includes claims for a lack of mental capacity, undue influence including Fraudulent Calumny, and applications under the Inheritance (provisions for Family and Dependents) Act 1975.

We also advise on Trust Disputes, Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustee Act 1996 (TOLATA) applications and applications to the Court of Protection.
